I'm having a weird problem when I try to install XP Pro sp.2.When it gets to the point where you would normally type the product key it completely skips that step. Is the disc damaged or what?
that all depends is this disc the one that came with your computer, did you purchase it retail, tell me more
Don't worry about it. It will ask you to activate once you reboot after your fresh install. Open the activation and try to activate. It will fail and ask you to enter a product key. Enter the key and reactivate and it will work fine.
