resizing tv's

    Hey, i need to know how to resize the screen because i have a black border around the screen and it cuts off the scores on ESPN...how am i able to change the resolution or screen size so i am able to see them???

    I have a phillips 20"

    You will have an aspect button of some source that will enable you to change the various screen sizes. What model is the TV?
