Samsung blu ray player will not play my newest movie

    I have the Samsung BD-P2500 Blu Ray player and it works great with all of my movies but today I purchased the new Underworld movie in Blu ray and it startes to load then goes to the counter screen and freezes. I can't even get the menu to pop up on it. I do have the neweset firmware installed I just updated it last week. Any Ideas on how I can get it to work? Thanks in advance for your help.

    have you checked that the disc is not faulty.

    try playing the movies in a different blu-ray player.
