Someone please help me with this, it has been driving me mad for the last 2 hours.

I was in word on my other laptop earlier and I held down Shift for 8 seconds, and the filterkeys prompt came up on the screen. I pressed cancel, but the keyboard is all f**ked up since. when I try to type , < comes up - as if caps lock is on, whether caps lock is on or not. This happens when I type everywhere, not just in word. I think this is something to do with the accessibility options in the control panel, but I can't seem to change it back. I've tried turning filterkeys on, then off but no change. Does anyone know how to reset the keyboard accessibility options, or any other way of fixing this? Thanks in advance.

Hold down both shift keys at the same time to disable filter keys. A better solution is to turn it off completely. Follow these instructions: Link
