Adjust video card performance Windows 7 x64

    I installed Windows 7 x64 on my Dell Inspiron E1505 laptop. Everything works except that I cannot adjust the power settings on my video card greatly affecting battery life. Is there any way to install ATI CCC on this OS or any other 3rd party softare that I can use to adjust the performance/low power options on my video card?
