My PSP is a 5.00 M33-4, and I have popsloader installed into it. I am not sure if it's custom firmwared or not, supposedly it is, because I am able to get constant .cso games onto it, and they all work perfectly. I am currently trying to figure out how to get my PS1 game Digimon World onto my PSP. I have read several forums and watched several videos about how to get a PSP to read eboot.pbp files, WITH the .bin file. I downloaded a game from doujinstyle.com, and it only gave me the eboot.pbp file. I then downloaded UMDgen and tried to make a .bin file for the eboot file, and compressed both of them into a .cso file. I put that into my ISO file in my psp, but it only recognized it as a corrupted data file, and when I clicked on the game, it would go black and I would have to take out the battery to reset it. I read some other posts on this forum, and some people said that I could drag the eboot.pbp file along with the .bin file and after making a new file to put both of them in, could just drag into my Games folder, and it would work. Besides that, I looked at the system data, and found that all of my games have this: ICON0, PARAM.SFO, PIC1, and then the SECURE.BIN files. I tried to copy that for my eboot game, (by using a PBP unpacker and extracting all of the files) and put that file into my system data along with the others. Now it just says that "The game could not be started." (80000004). After all of this, I still can't find other people who don't have their .bin files along with their eboot. Someone please explain to this noob what I am doing wrong.
