PS3 and CRT: Cropped Picture - Help!

Hi. I play Street Fighter IV on the PS3 and use a pretty old CRT television. The model is 'Sharp 36U-F500'. It is a 36 inch flat panel TV. And I am using a component connection. My problem is that the sides are severely cut off (both left/right and top/bottom) when I play SFIV. This is the only game I have so I don't know if its the same way with other games. I've tried it on other CRT TV's and the result is the same. I have tried messing with all the video settings on the PS3 but cannot fix this. My TV is not a widescreen, but is there any way to make it better?
