resetting d-box2

is there any way you can reset the dbox, as mine as froze on loading up on the kain system,

i have had a quick look as i don't have my own computer just borrow a mate's to try and find out a quick answer,if that help's,

 

is there anyone else out there that could give me a bit more advice on this subjuct since the other member diden't help much,
