PSP 3000, Mac and Videos?

I have converted vid files to mp4 and then tried to drag and drop them onto my memory stick. The file shows up in my memory stick with my PSP connected to my Mac. I can't move this video file anywhere. It just seems to sit on the memory stick but no folder.

What am I doing wrong? I disconnect the PSP from the mac and no longer can i find the vid file on my psp.

are u putting the videos in the right folder on the memory stick?
