Does anyone know where the volume variable is held? After using the yweb interface, I have managed to set the volume super super super low!! Have to crank the stereo up till its hissing to hear it, and when the TV turns onto normal TV for the first few seconds my cats think they're in Afghanistan. Yes, I've put it back to max on yweb, no its not muted on yweb, yes its 100% on the dbox.
Hi there i have no idea what your talking about lol ... but i copyed this from a german web site it might be of some help then again it might just be rubbish lol Hi, I would like for my dbox2 with a web interface Flash5 program. Now I have a problem with the variables. The communication / control the dbox looks as follows: 5. 5. Lautstärke-Steuerung Volume Control Handler: http://dbox/control/volume Handler: http://dbox/control/volume Rückgabe: Return: It is the current volume is returned - the values are between 0 (quiet) and 100 (loud). Returned Format: Volume Example: >>>http://dbox/control/volume >>> http://dbox/control/volume 80 80 Parameters: <Lautstärke as a whole number in 5er Schritten> Rückgabe: Return: It can control the volume - the values must be between 0 (quiet) and 100 (according to) move. It should only values in 5-steps to be (5.10 ,...). Return format: ok / error Example: >>>http://dbox/control/volume?40 >>> http://dbox/control/volume?40 ok ok How can I change the value from the URL into a variable in Flash or load the URL with a variable set? Thanks KG, just substituted 'dbox' for the IP of mine and added the rest of the url. It returned '100' so its not that then! However, you have highlighted a factor that needed to be eliminated so thanks. I'll try greping all xml files for 'volume' and similar. Should have thought of that earlier actually!
I do have a dbox but have no idea what yweb is. As i seen you had no answers, all i did was copy some key factors from your question into google. The things you do when you cant find anything interesting on the tv lol
