Hello I'm trying to burn some video files to a disc using Nero Vision but when i open of the files in nero vision it closes with an error. It happens when i try playing it in Realplayer or Windows media player aswell. It plays in programs like Vlc though. It was a downloaded file but the rest of the downloaded files work fine. Thanks for any help
Look in the Windows event log for any applications/system errors. Submit them to the Nero to analysis. (A response may take awhile, but they are the best equipped to provide answers beyond the obvious). Start --> Control Panel --> Administrative Tools --> Event Viewer Anything with a red X in a circle is an error.
