I installed ASROCK P4i65GV motherboard on my computer (replace old one). When I turn it on I don’t hear any beep and nothing showing up on screen (using onboard graphics and ATI RADEON 9250 128MB) not even POST screen. And sometimes (while trying to get it work) I plug the cable in to my mains the computer starts automatic which was never happen to me on my old motherboard. I tried different processor and different ram but something NO BEEP and NO POST screen.

    I have:
    Intel Celeron D, 335, 2.80GHz, 533MHz, 256KB, Prescott Processor
Integral Desktop 1GB PC-3200 DDR400 Memory x2 (I even tried with only one slot too) from PC World.
350W PSU (20pin and 4pin)(works perfectly, using right now)
Hitachi HDS728040-PLAT20 40GB IDE Hard Drive (7200 RPM) Ultra ATA-133
MAXTOR 6E040L0 40GB IDE Hard Drive (7200 RPM) Ultra ATA-133
    LITE-ON DVDRW SHW-16355
    ATI RADEON 9250 128MB
    Standard 15” TFT Display

    any ideas???

Agreed, send it back and buy something like a Gigabyte or MSI.

The old one was BIOSTAR U8668-D V5.B. so i trued another brad ASROCK. as it's only one still making socket 478 / DDR400 motherboard. by looking at other brand i found ASROCK to be the best one. other brand stopped making socket 478 motherboard.

btw. i am sending back to ebuyer today and see what happens.

If it's brand new (less than 14 days) you can take it back for a refund I think, as long as you kept all the appropriate packaging. Up to you, live with another ASRock board or upgrade your RAM to DDR2.
