trouble with my behold

    my behold just keep on rebooting and rebooting. it goes as far as to the screen where i see th t-mobile logo then start over again. it only stop when i take out the battery. please help me.

    We are having the same problem with our Samsung Behold! It started to shut down with no reason yesterday, and this morning it would not even turn on! Worked with TMobile's customer service rep to try and resolve the issue and no luck. They want us to purchase a new phone again and this is the second Samsung Behold we have owned and they have both done the same thing after like 3-4 months of usage! This is crap. I'm not spending hard earned money in this economy for a defective cell phone! Tell TMobile you want a free replacement or you'll go to a cell phone competitor.

    I'll update what happens on my end after I go to TMobile tonight and show them all the print-outs I have about the Samsung Behold constantly rebooting itself.
