I know T-Mobile is a internation cellular provider so I'll assume you are a US based user. Currently you can't receive OTA (over-the-air) TV signals onto your cellphone in the US. If you just want to be able to watch TV off the web with your data plan then there are options.

There are a few really good smartphones currently at T-Mobile.

*The Assorted Blackberrys. There all good, wont bother explaining the differences.

*Google G1 & soon the G2 - the first phonse that runs the Google Operating System. It requires a Google/GMail account. The both have touchscreens, gps, wifi, onscreen keyboard, bluetooth audio streaming, etc. The G1 has both a onscreen keyboard as well as a virtual keyboard and the G2 will be released very soon.
