I have two PAL DVDs that I converted to NTSC using Nero Vision. I followed the step by step directions as shown below but when I play the finished DVD a menu shows up (as seen in STEP 4) and the DVD plays in segments not as a continuous movie. I think it has something to do with the menu setup but this is where I get stuck. Does anyone have any experience with this?

I don't have Nero installed, but as I recall, in step 3 there is a 'merge' button on the lower left of the pane.
It's the centre button of a group of three.

Something don't look right with the files you've added.

Set Windows to show your extensions and choose 'Details' so you can see your VOBs and their sizes so as to pick the right ones in the correct order.

Your second title is showing an opening Logo with an 11s run time, your third shows 0 runtime.

From your pic I assume you need:

    VTS_01_1
    VTS_01_2
    VTS_01_3
    VTS_01_4

In that order, then Merge as was noted.

So I should first make sure that the files are in numerical order and then merge them, correct?

Correct, and then make sure the run time is what it should be.

Your welcome. Spend some time with Nero Vision and you'll see what a versatile program it really is. It seems to get no respect, but it blows most of the free apps like DVD Flick right out of the water when more than just a simple conversion is needed. The editing, text effects, video transitions, menus, ability to add 2 additional audio tracks etc make it a fine choice for some rather sophisticated projects.
