My computer wont load my original desktop, the computer starts but loads a temporary desktop everytime which means i cant access my files, music or pictures. The computer starts as if its a brand new computer and i have to set it up as such everytime. I have tried a full scan but it says the laptop is ok, i know the files are on the computer but it wont let me access them through the temp. desktop. any ideas my head is wrecked??
have you tried to boot to 'last known good configuration'? Is the computer set to automatically logon on as another user?
