When I convert MKV to AVCHD using tsmuxer, I get sound but no picture. I followed the guide step by step. Any Ideas? I play the burned DVD-DL+R on a Panasonic DMP BD-35.

Is there anyway I can test what I have Muxed without wasting my precious Virbatim DL DVD's?

you should be able to test what you have muxed with your media player.

    1) Install the latest FFdshow
    2) Install Haali Media Splitter

look in the stream folder for the m2ts file and play with your media player

It sounds like you have a MKV that has too many reference frames. The issue is the way the MKV was initially encoded, you need to recode it. You'll also need to add the widescreen bars back in if they were there before.

Use BD-Rebuilder, or uncropMKV. Both will get you the results you desire.
