ok there are several good free converters out there, dont let anyone steer you to purchase one, handbreak is a good one to use, is free, just google handbreak, videora is another good one, and i heard the newest version of real player will download and convert flash video to any format. Try those. Good Luck.
ps i've used videora and handbreak i know those work.
