I want to install windows 7 64-bit on my main computer. It currently has,
    Corsair 2GB Kit (2x1GB) DDR2 800MHz/PC2-6400 XMS2 Memory CL4

    Im looking to add either
    1) Corsair 2GB Kit (2x1GB) DDR2 800MHz/PC2-6400 XMS2 Memory CL4 (£25)
    2) Corsair 4GB Kit (2x2GB) DDR2 800MHz/PC2-6400 XMS2 Memory Kit CL5 1.9V (£38)
    3) Crucial 4GB (2X2GB) DDR2 800MHz/PC2-6400 Ballistix Memory CL4 2.0V (£38)

Which would you add into your system factoring in cost, latencies and voltage?.

#2 because at the same price corsair gets my nod over crucial so throw out #3
and WIn7 64 bit can use all 4GB so throw out #1
and I've been using about 40-50% of my 2GB RAM on my win 7 32bit and have a 4GB kit in transit to my house because of it. I may upgrade to 64 bit soon myself.

I was thinking #2) but it is CL5 while I have CL4 and has a different voltage. Would you still reccomend it?

Does your motherboard support 1600 series Ram? If not 2 is your best option.

If DDR3 was an option I'd hope that the OP knew enough to make it one of the choices...

snox01---what does the rest of your system look like (mobo+CPU)?
