Using a copy of the sub file, you can try loading the movie and the subtitles in Subtitle Workshop.
Move to the part of the video where the subs are starting to go out of sync and pause.
Assume that line 40 is the dialogue that is being spoken by the actor but the sub is not displaying at the correct time.
The correct time is shown on the right side of the window and assume (because I don't have a async sub) that line 40 is showing the wrong time.
Highlight line 40 and all subsequent lines, then click on the double arrow symbol that is circled red.
Line 40 takes the setting of the displayed time (circled on the right) and the subsequent subtitles all adjust with reference to it.
Continue playing (or pause and use the slider) to get to the next part that's out and repeat the adjustment.
    Save the subs when complete.

Thanks a bundle Attar but still there is a problem.I figured it out that at what place the subtitles are not synchronizing. The problem is like this:-
1.I put the movie and subtitles. The subtitles need a little delay and then they work perfect.
2.Then after a while whenever there is a little gap between scenes .I mean a little blank screen between two scenes or they dont talk for a little while...
3...at this situation the subtitles comes ahead of audio.
4.It happens like 20 times in the movie.

So,I just want to ask you that i ve to correct them all 20 times via Subtitle Workshop or there is any substitute of the Problem .
Any help will be greatly appreciated..

This isn't normal behaviour.Seems that the subtitles and video did not come from the same source.

If the video is 23.976 and the subs are timed to 25fps, they would be running faster than the video/audio.
Try resetting the subs and see if it makes a difference - then save.

Sorry to say that from media info the frame rate of video is 23.976 and after i insert the subtitles in subtitle workshop,it shows the same frame rate for subtitle file.
Any idea what could be the problem cuz even now the subtitles are not synchronized with video :(
i would show you the screenshot from subtitle workshop but i dont know how to insert image here.Anyways it is like this :-
    Input fps-23.976
    FPS-23.976
    work with -Both
    ANSI
    ANSI
    Default
    Now,what to do ?????????

You can use Easy Subtitles Synchronizer (ESS). Is more easier.

Easy Subtitles Synchronizer (ESS) is a freeware tool that creates repairs and synchronizes your subtitles easily. It is designed for people without background to subtitles creation and synchronization. For this reason provides only the necessary tools for subtitles creation and synchronization that a common user needs.

    Usage - Good Practices

For subtitles that do not require synchronization, load the file to ESS, repair them (see Synchronization tools, repair) and finally save with a proper filename and encoding type.

For subtitles that require synchronization, load the file to ESS, and try to synchronize them using “Adjust” tool. If the tool ‘Adjust’ fail to synchronize, try the “Manual Synch” tool. Finally repair them and save with a proper filename and encoding type.

Please refer to Help file for more details.

Download Easy subtitles Synchronizer from here: http://easysubs.no-ip.info/ess
