   Hi there. sorry im brand new to all this! My samsung SMT-2110c has lost all of its channels. Im in the north east area on VM can any one poiint me in the right direction?

   i assume it has a card...if so,that card is paired with the box..you will need to get ahold of the chap y got the box from..
