DVD Flick assigns each title a menu item - if you elect to create a menu.

    Thanks

I tried dvd flick but you have to encode the dvd twice and it does not support all subtitles.

Is there a program you can use where you can add a dvd title to a menu and just burn it straight to disc.

I have never seen DVD Flick encoding twice - in fact if the source is DVD compliant in doesn't encode at all - it simply authors the files into DVD format (if 'Copy MPEG-2 Streams' has been set in the video options).
It accepts most text based subtitles.
