I have been using Nero vision to burn movie files to dvd disc for over a year now. I probably burn an average of three movies to disc a week. Today when I got to where you choose to upload a file as soon as the window opened to select the file everything just disappeared. I attempted about 8 times with the same results. I restarted Nero, restarted my laptop, defragmented, all to no avail. i have no idea what is happening. Please help.

Maybe the files are corrupt.
Have you tried any other software on these files?
Have you tried a clean install of Nero?
That would involve using the Nero clean tool to remove all traces of Nero and then reinstall.
What type of files are you working with?

I never even get to select the file, just gets to that window and vanishes. They are avi files. I did try to install a new Nero Ultra and when i ran it the same thing happened. How do i access the Nero clean tool? I did not unnistall the old version before installing the new Ultra. Thanks.
