can anyone help me with an issue concerning my dvd decrypter

i have my .iso for the ps2 game
however when i put it in the dvd decrytper, it wont locate the drive
no matter what i do the destination stays at no devices detected
i dont believe this is an issue concerning my write sicne convertxtodvd works perfectly using the same drive
can anyone provide information on this particular issue?

Do you have more than one drive in your computer.

You clicked on the "drop down arrow" to find your drive?

Is it an external burner?
