    Case: Overkill. For anything, if I'm honest, but if you like it, go ahead.
    RAM: Good choice. Cheap and standard fare DDR3, but solid and reliable.
    M/B: Again good choice.
    CPU: There's only really one choice for i7 really, unless you're crazy rich...
    PSU: Again, no complaint here, if you want modular you should consider: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139010
    GPU: The HD4870X2, it works very well with an i7 920, especially an overclocked one. Best choice of the three.

    You haven't chosen any Hard Disk or Optical drives. You can still overclock a little with the stock cooler, but for big overclocks you should consider a tower cooler like the Thermalright Ultra 120 Extreme 1366RT.
