You would need to buy something like this : http://www.xbox.com/en-US/hardware/x/xbox360vgahdcable/ If your monitor has a VGA cable that is not removable then you need a male to male adapter. If your monitor has a VGA cable that can be removed, then you do not need anything but the cable.
