How is this setup

    Please give any advice on this setup its my first time building a pc

    I have a 160gb hdd which is plenty for me and a CD/DVD drive which both came from other comps.

    Case: Average. Mediocre cooling, mediocre build quality. Mediocre case really. Some people seem to like it, but for that money there are better cases out there.
    Motherboard: Very Good
    CPU: Good - The Q8200 is OK, but the Q8400 isn't much more expensive and is a much faster chip.
    RAM: Very Good
    PSU: Average - A reasonable quality unit, but nowhere near the 700W it says it is.
    GPU: Poor - this is faster, much more energy efficient, and much cheaper:
