Hi, i just wanted to know if you own a Gigabyte GA-MA78GM-S2H motherboard could you help, if you plug in a wireless dongle or DVB-T usb stick etc, does your cpu temp rise by 7 to 10 degrees.

Just trying to find out if there's a problem with the motherboard, it's making my silent pc very noisy when using any of these devices, thanks.

That shouldn't happen on any board, the only possible cause of that is a very slow CPU or bad driver programming.

Thanks once again for your help, it's been a concern for some time now, the only other thing is when i right click on anything, like properties or to delete, it takes ages for it to responed.

My old Sempron 3200+, 1GB ram and asus mobo put this AMD Dual Core 5000+ cpu, 2gb RAM and mobo combo to shame, will have to have my mobo and cpu RMA'd, thanks again.
