Combining avis

I recently ripped a dvd using [bold]no 1 dvd ripper [/bold]. My file was split into two. How do I combine the two? I saw a guide, but I didn't quite get how it worked.

What guide did you use?
Have you tried virtualdub?

I tried the guide on afterdawn, but it wasn't specific enough. In the end I found another guide, that also used virtual dub on www.divx-digest.com. Thanks anyway. Everything is fine now
