I know this has been brought up before, but every post I have read relating to this is not exactly my problem.

I have a single directory with 5 VOB files, no IFOs or BUPs.
    VTS_04_1.VOB
    VTS_04_2.VOB
    VTS_04_3.VOB
    VTS_04_4.VOB
    VTS_04_5.VOB

I created an IFO file with Ifoedit, and then proceeded to open the directory with DVD Shrink. It then said it could not find the file VTS_01_1.VOB. This confused me because all of the VOB files have a 04, not 01.

So I then went back Ifoedit and opened my new IFO, and of course, the IFO was looking for VTS_01_*.vob. I have no idea how to make it so it looks for those. I have even renamed them to the expected names, but to no avail.

Does anyone know why I am having this problem? Thanks ahead of time for your help.

    Rename the source files to:
    VTS_01_1.VOB
    VTS_01_2.VOB
    etc then run IfoEdit.

Doing that gave me the exact same results as I had before, DVDShrink calls them corrupted.

I know that Ifoedit was made in 2002, is there any more up to date tool that can create IFOs? Or a tool that you can recommend that can make a DVD5 image from VOBs?
