I have just upgrade to 5.0m33-6 from 4.0, I put my snes, genesis, and nes roms in my game5XX Folder, the all work but the snes, I even upgrade to snesxTyL-0.4.2ME, and the emulator runs, but when I hit o on the roms to run it, it freezes and shuts it off after a minute, I have even put the snes folder in the game folder and ran it, tried it with both 1.5 and 5XX Kernal, still same problem, also had the same problem on 4.0, anybody ran into this? please help

I checked my psp and snestyl is located in GAME and the rom file is also in GAME not the SNESTYL folder. I don't know if it will make a difference but I would give it a try.

Okay all, so I took all my roms out but 10 and ran the emulator and it works fine, I have 931 roms, does anybody else have this problem, or does anybody run it with this many roms and get it to work? In the 3.4 days it did work

*Solution...Okay so apparantely nobody has ran into this problem, but I have had the same problem on a friends psp I modded. So I tried it on both the 5xx and 1.50 kernal, doesn't make a difference. I cut all of the roms but 10 or so and pasted them to the parent folder out side of roms, doesn't matter where. I ran the snes emulator with the 10 roms and worked fine, I then put the rest of the roms back in the roms folder. When I ran the snes emulator again, all the roms were there and ready to go. I'm guess this emulator on 4.0 and 5.0 has trouble load 900 roms, but once it is already set in that directory it is fine. Dumb glitch, I hope somebody else can find this useful as it seems Im the lone one with this problem
