No You Tube on Jailbroken Phone

    I have 1st gen 8gig 2G Iphone which is unlocked as I'm using my orange sim with no problems but it won't let me connect to You Tube or view You Tube videos when connected to the internet with wifi, does anyone know how to get around this problem please, details of the phone is:
    Version 1.1.4 (4A102)
    Model MB213B
    Modem Firmware 04.04.05_G
    Capacity 7.3 Gb
    Available 6.9 GB

    It says "cannot connect you to You Tube". I've gone online wifi via my router and tried to open a vid on the You Tube site but all I get is a small blue lego block with a question mark and no video. I've installed You Tube Activator 1.1.4 [2] from BigBoss which suppose to copy the security certificates for You Tube but it doesn't work for me :-(

    Hi

    If you cannot connect to youtube, why not use an alternative, source, in Cydia, if I remember correctly there are a couple of options on my mind, Dtunes, and also mxtube, if I remember they are both FREE.
