I just bought this new motherboard gigabyte EP45-UD3P and install new windows xp3 with new realtek sound driver from web site(also tried the MB CD). Im having problem with 5.1 sound output.. My speaker setiing is selected as 5.1 from windows control panel.. Realtek HD audio manager (5.10.0.5780) set to 6 speakers. All the speaker tested from realtek audio manager seems plays sound perfectly but When i play music with winamp and media player 11 only 2 front speaker sound is coming out but center and rear(set as side) speaker has no sound.... can anyone help me pls...

the music is not native 5.1. try a dvd that has 5.1 surround sound, and it'll work.

if there is a 3d setting, like creative's CMSS-3D, enable it. that will output sound to all speakers.
