There is this guy selling his xbox and claims that it is broken, upos asking what was wrong wtih it I recieved this e-mail: "I don’t have the wires to plug it in and test the console. Yes, the case is open but everything seems to be intact and with original connections. I plugged it in with a dvd power cord and the green light comes on, I hear the console starting up the disk tray ejects and then the light blinks orange and green. I don’t have the AV cables for it so I can’t tell what error code it is. I hope this helps!" To my knowledge I cannot think of any reason the dvd-tray would open, save that it was modded... any info??? ~Thx
"light blinks orange and green" is i think the av cables are missing as for the dvd opening did he tray to mod it? if so then its looking for the bios disk.after you do a mod on startup the dvd tray will open for you to put a disk in. hope this helps
It also could mean his xbox is dead. One of my friends xbox did that too after years of playing on it. His xbox wasnt even modded, it was just old.
