I placed an order for a modchip with divineo.com on Sunday. The site indicated that the product would ship within "1 open day". They have so far failed to send me tracking info and have not responded to my inquiry sent to them on Tuesday. Have I been ripped off?
i've not used divineo for a few years now, but they are a company i would recommend. I used them frequently and was never "ripped off" as you put it. I would hold out until tomorrow and then give them a call to see if your order has been processed. Iggi
i ordered from diveno and they did the same thing but the chip came no confirmation or traking was given to me you order an xbit chip from them?
I ordered my executor chip from them. It was faulty, and I was worried things were going to get complicated but they advised me to send it back, sent me a new one, with a cheque for postage etc. Quality service
Well, I FINALLY heard from Divineo.com. In spite of their website claiming it would ship in 24 hours, they MIGHT have it for me in over a week. And I paid for Fedex Express shipping for this? Wishing I'd gone to systemmods.com! I'm very patient as long as I don't have to wait!
