What the Best Capture Software

    Can some1 tell me the best software to watch and record television off my PC.

    Hello rhem, I'm not sure of the best but many will recommend InterVideo WinDVR 3.0 but personally I would prefer Ulead DVD MovieFactory 3.0 Disc Creator. Well, I suggest that you try out the trial version and choose the software that you prefer.
