did u search the forum. this question has been asked to death here on the forum. it all depends on your preference and your budget. also can you solder?. you can get a cheap as chip and it'll work just as fine as a very expensive one. Well in my opinion i tend to stick with the latest Xecuter chips, although the Xenium chip is a kik ass chip. also the smartXX is a good chip as well. all chips allow you to do the same, but the chips by themselves can't do anything UNless you flash the bios with a hacked one ( xecuter 4983 or Evox M7).
