Menue button -> 6
Press 1 and type the first 4 digits of the default frequency for your area.
Press 3 and type 06887 or 06952 depending on your area.
Press menue button again and then 8 -> 6 -> 3. Select with 9 scan nit only, select with 2 replace, start with 1 the scan.

There were 2 keyrolls, maybe thats your problem.
A scan doesn't update the keys.
If your channel list is empty now you need the default frequency for your area for a scan.

You see the dvb default frequency and symbol rate in the engineer menue of your VM box.
