    Afternoon All

Im a newbie here so please be gently..lol.

How do I know what version starview firmware I have at the moment?

I having to manually enter the key.I think I have an original starview box.

Should I update to the new version where it has the ability to auto update or wait?

    Thanks

Yes I have tried all com port options as well as matching the baud rate in Device Manager within windows.

Could the starview box be blocking the conenction??

you might have some other program running on your computer that is using the com ports.
