To date I have yet to successfully transcode a video stream with NO 'combing effect' after the process with anything other than ReMPEG. Every method, be it TMPG, LTX, CCE, etc. produces a video stream with a sort of miscalibrated interlace effect. Do the rest of you have this problem? If not, what can I do (or where can I learn) to fix it?
