When running XP with administrative priviledge everything works with detecting and coping DVDs using DvdXCopy Xpress. But when trying to set up account with limited privileges, I get the following message "Could not load your drive information, please run the drive selector". I run drive selector but does not help. As soon as I give this account admin privileges then it works ok. I do not want to give my kids admin privileges, does anyone know how to fix this problem. I have made sure the DVD recorder is shared so that anyone with limited priviledge can get to it.
Hi d_thomas, Thats a strange one. Are you by chance blocking any access to your HD. X copy has to have a place to save the movie files. If the Temp file is blocked on the HD, it can't find a place to store the files. Just a wild guess. You can change the SAVED location in the start up window of X copy. Jerry
