Line in Mute

    I've set up my Pc to record tv off my Hauppauge Tv card,and I'm using WinDvd to do the recording and everything works fine untill I reboot and then I loose the sound.
    At reboot the line in becomes mute and I have to unmute it which is becoming a pain,any ideas how to solve this?
