has anyone on uk ntl lost ALL channels? im getting the "bad or scrambled channel" message on all channels!

That is fine do you live on this side of the water irish side and you know i will be going away on wed till Aug so it might be a while but if you want to wait or give them to someone else that is no problem

 

Hi all,
Based in Dublin and new owner of a Starview Box. Don't know what I have done but in the main menu the Parental Control and Channel Edit are greyed out so I cannot access them. I have gone in used the secret menu to enter the recent code and turned the ENU on etc, done everything I should as my brother has exact same box and it all works for him. When I enter the code it stores and I exit out and end up at the Language screen. On hitting exit it does nothing so is basically stuck there. Anyone any ideas ? Is there a simple way to reset ? I want to avoid the installing software route as I am not too confident.
Any advice would be appreciated.
