Convert VCD or MPEG to DVD Format

How can I convert a VCD or MPEG to DVD Format but I wnat to burn it onto a CD-R or CD-RW, so I can paly it on my Xbox.
Xbox does not support VCD format so I want the DVD Format on a CD-R or CD-RW.
I don't have a DVD Burner. No money to buy one.

Sorry but your Xbox will only work if you have dvd data on your disc. The only way to write dvd data is with a dvd burner.

However, you may not have long to wait because http://www.xboxhackz.com/ are currently working on a free vcd/svcd player for the xbox.

You should keep your eye on that page.
