joining multiple xvid movies files together but getting a movie twice the size of all the single files?

    Hi guys,

    I'm trying to join multiple xvid files using virtualdub!

    When I join the files the size & the length of the movie doubles???

    I am using the append avi section etc in direct stream copy mode.

    Any advice welcome thanx

    hi scoop if your trying to use virtualdub and running windows xp they are not compatable, you will need to find another splicing tool
