I am sure this info is here somewhere but I have looked for 30 mins and not found what I am looking for. I have used DVD Shrink to copy the dvd onto my hard drive. Now I am about to use DVD Decrypter to burn the file. When I go to get the file there are two named Audio_TS and Video_TS. Have I done this wrong?? The Audio file is empty, but I wanted to make sure I have ripped these coprrectly first.

Any info would help as I am still on the learning curve.

Cheers

And thankyou again for all of you for your useful information...

The audio file should be empty and is only used for for DVD-Audio discs. Just burn the VIDEO_TS one...

yes you have gone about it the wrong way mate.
first off use shrink to backup your dvd in iso mode :-
1, open shrink and analyze your dvd .
2, select backup.
3, select target device and choose iso disc image .
4, tick the tick box that says launch DVD Decrypter to burn output image .
by following these steps no other action is needed on your part , it will rip , shrink and then burn your backup as iff it was a all in one program , it works for me hope it works for you .
important - this way of ripping and burning in iso mode will only work iff you are running a ntfs file system such as windows xp or maybe 2000.
it wont work with a fat 32 file system .

as oriphus as said you could burn the VIDEO_TS folder but you will need Nero to do that as to my knowledge DVD Decrypter only burns iso images .
there is a trial for Nero 6 and the guide on how to use it at this site .
ps . the trial is for 30 days but iff you already have Nero then your laughin :o)

right iff you have a fat 32 system all you have to do is this :-
1, open shrink and analyze your dvd .
2, select backup .
3, select target device and choose your dvd writer .
its that simple , DVD Shrink will then rip, shrink and burn your dvd using neros burn engine all in one go .
you will have to have Nero installed for this to work .
because like i said DVD Decrypter will only burn iso images , and you cant create iso images big enough with a fat 32 file system , hope i helped :o)

If you want to use DVD Shrink and DVD Decrypter on a FAT 32 file system, then you also need to use another program called AutoShrinkISO. It is a free program that runs both those other two programs and can make split ISO files that will fit on FAT 32 drives.
