I'd like to identify the format of a video I have. I tried using Movieid and it couldn't do it. Are there any other programs out there?

Awesome, that's the program I was using before my computer crashed! Unfortunately it couldn't identify the video. I got this My Little Pony movie for my girlfriend (lame... i know) and the extension is mpg but it doesn't play! (I should have posted this in my original message; sorry about that) I guess it must be corrupt or something.

    Is GSpot just for avis?
    _X_X_X_X_X_[small]Thanks,

If the extension is MPG and it doesnt play... sounds like MPEG2/SVCD to me... try playin it in a DVD player rather than something like WMP.:)
