divx with subtitles (.srt) burn on disc

    hi,

    anyone may help?
    i want to burn a divx movie and the subtitles in .srt format on a disc. i want to play it on my divx compatible dvd player inlcuding the subtitles is there any chance?

    Hi, sorry this reply is so late.
    I found that if you use vobsub, the subtitles are displayed when playing the avi. And if you use DrDivX to encode the avi, the subtitles will be added to the new avi file.
    Make sure the subs are right, cause once they are on, they aren't coming off.
