MPEG-2 Question?

I was wondering why my DVD player cannot read my mpeg-2 files on a CD-R?

 

Again, check your player's manual to see if it actually supports mpeg ISO cd's. Most do not.

 

you might want to try and put it on xsvcd.
in nero (not express), select svcd, uncheck "make compliance svcd" drag and drop and burn. pop it in. and see if it works.

if the video stutter, it means it got a high bitrate,reencode it with a max bitrate of 6400kbps maximum.
and you might want to reencode the audio to mpeg1 layer2 or mp2 put it at 224kbps
