Does anyone know what the minimum system specs are for building an ATX based system and a SFF (Shuttle type)

It depends what board you have. do you mean the cheapest specs, or the least lowest possible specs?

I meant the lowest possible specs. I'm wanting to try building one, probably a Shuttle. I want to start out small to see if it works out good for me, if it is what I'm looking for then I'll build it up or build a better one.
